The products we distribute must comply with relevant national and international legislation as well as our own specifications and specific customer requirements.

Klee has built and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of DS/EN ISO 9001. The quality management system is certified by an accredited body. We consider quality management as being a management tool, i.e. a process that is controlled and monitored by the management.

We want an optimal degree of delivery security, which we ensure through an effective storage policy as well as an efficient dispatch and distribution system.

• Through continuous contact with customers, we will secure information on customer satisfaction and continuously develop the quality management system.
• Customer-specific products must be approved according to applicable product requirements before they are released for delivery.
• We educate our employees to ensure that knowledge and skills are present.

At Brd. Klee we believe that humans and the environment must be treated in a proper way. As an agent for and Danish importer of a number of foreign companies’ products, we have chosen to require that these also meet or exceed their own jurisdictions both in terms of treatment of employees and their safety and the environment. In addition, we endorse the International LO’s demands on employees’ right to organize.

All our suppliers receive a copy of our Code of Conduct requirement and are requested to join this. In addition, the aim is that employees from Brd. Klee during factory visits see production sites to control if our suppliers meet our requirements.

This does not mean that we can prevent suppliers or subcontractors of our suppliers from secretly violating our requirements for good behavior, but we hope in this way to have contributed to the products that we sell to our customers, are made with good conscience.
