We only collect information about you that is necessary for us to serve you best. The information is used to optimize and improve the site and marketing of Brd. Klee’s products.
Once you enter the Brd. Klee websites, your browser will leave some information on the pages you have visited. This information will not be published to third party, sold or passed on. Brd. Klee reserves the right to use external software vendors to analyze data and let the supplier access these data to the extent it is necessary.

The following text are the terms of legal agreement between you and Brd. Klee A/S. When using this website the terms below terms and the legistation are in use. As user of the site you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and that you agree to the terms.

Purpose and legal basis
Our data processing has the following purposes:
Management of customer relationships, including purchase and sales of goods, warranty obligations and credit issues.
The legal basis for our processing of personal data is:
- When processing personal data in connection with the handling of your orders and purchases, including supply, credit and payment, the legal basis for our registration of the information is Section 6 (1) of the Data Protection Act. 1, pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1 (b) on procedures necessary to enter into a contract and for the performance of the contract.
- When we record information required by the Accounting Act or as part of the reporting obligation to the tax authorities, the legal basis is section 6 (1) of the Data Protection Act. 1, cf. Article 6 (1) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1, (c) on processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the data controller.
- The legal basis for our collection and registration of the other personal data is section 6 (2) of the Data Protection Act. 1, cf. Article 6 (1) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1 (f) on treatments, which is necessary for a legitimate interest which is not exceeded by the interests of the data subjects. The legitimate interest that underpins treatment is the need to promote Brd. Klees business and offer customers the best service and great deals.
- Disclosure of information about you may be in compliance with the processing rules of data protection law and other Danish law. In each case, we will assess whether the disclosure requires your explicit consent or whether the disclosure can be made on a different legal basis.
- If we disclose general customer information to other companies in Klee. For the purposes of marketing, we will comply with the regulatory requirements for the specific procedures to be followed, including giving you the opportunity to object. Our disclosure will be in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 6 (2) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1 (f) on treatments necessary for a legitimate interest, which is not exceeded by the interests of the data subjects. The legitimate interest that justifies the treatment is the need to promote Brd. Klees business and offer our customers the best service and great deals.
- Statistics. The legal basis for data processing solely for statistical and scientific purposes is section 6 (1) of the Data Protection Act. 1, cf. Article 6 (1) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1 (e) on treatments, which are necessary for the purpose of carrying out a task in the interest of the community. Only information needed for the study is used and the information is not used for purposes other than pure statistics.

Deletion
We will delete the information about you when it is no longer needed.
Brd. Klee generally follows the retention period that applies under the Bookkeeping Act. In order to ensure proper handling of recurring customer relationships, potential complaint cases and warranty obligations and to live up to our obligations, we have assessed, that it is necessary to store information for up to ten years plus the current year from the business relationship has ceased.
Your rights
You have a number of rights under our law in relation to our processing of information about you.

Once you have requested access to information about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or if you have objected to our data processing, we investigate, whether it is possible to meet your wish. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and within one month of receiving your inquiry.
Your rights
- Right to view information (right of access)
You have the right to gain insight into the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information. - Right to Correction (Correction)
If you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. You should contact us and inform us of the inaccuracies and how they can be corrected. In any case, we must decide whether we believe your request is justified. When you contact a request to have your personal data corrected or deleted, we investigate whether the conditions are met and, if so, make changes or deletions as soon as possible. - Right to delete
We generally delete personal data when it is no longer needed. In special cases, you have the right to have specific information about you deleted before the time of our regular general deletion occurs. This applies, for example, if you withdraw your consent and we have no other basis for processing the information. If you believe that your data is no longer needed in relation to the target we obtained, you can request that it be deleted. You may also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of any law or other legal obligation. - Right to restrict treatment
If you dispute information that we have recorded or otherwise process, you may request that we restrict the processing of the information until we have been able to determine, whether the information is correct. You may also request a restriction instead of deletion if you believe our processing of the information is illegal or if you believe we no longer need the information, or if you believe your legitimate interests take precedence over the legitimate interests of the data controller. If you agree that our processing is to be restricted, we may only process the information with your consent in the future, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important societal interests. - Right to transmit information (data portability)
You have the right to receive personal data that you have made available to us and those we have obtained about you from other actors based on your consent. If we process data about you as part of a contract where you are a party, you may also receive your data. You also have the right to transfer this personal data to another service provider. You can also ask us to have the information sent directly from the data controller to another authority or company. If you wish to use your right to data portability, you will receive your personal data from us in a commonly used and machine-readable format. - Right to object
You have the right to object to our processing of information about you. You may also object to our disclosure of your data for marketing purposes. You can use the contact information at the top to submit an objection. If your objection is justified, we will cease processing the information. - Right to get information about new purposes
If we wish to use information about you for a purpose other than the purposes we have previously disclosed to you, for example in this Privacy Policy, you have the right to obtain information about this before we process the information for the second purpose. - Right to withdraw your consent
If our processing of your information is based on your consent, you may withdraw the consent at any time. If you revoke the consent, we will no longer have to process the information in the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the treatment based on consent prior to the revocation. If we have a legal basis for processing other than consent for an independent purpose – for example, retention of information for compliance with the accounting rules – this processing will continue to be able to find place.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the opportunity to appeal to the Danish Data Protection Agency. It is generally true that if you are dissatisfied with the way your personal information has been processed, you can appeal to the Danish Data Protection Agency which then investigates the case and makes a decision.
