Elesa+Ganter GN 804 Clamping bolts with adjustable sping-loaded clamping pad
Material: Bolt made from zinc-plated steel, class 5.8 (tensile stength 500 N/mm2), blue passivated.
Clamping pad in black-oxide nitrided steel. Hexagon nuts in zinc-plated steel, blue passivated.
In order to pass the dead centre point and/or compensate for work piece tolerances when using hand operated toggle clamps, an elastic clamping pad such as GN 708.1 can be used. GN 804 clamping bolts fitted with Belleville spring washers not only help to overcome work piece tolerances but they also allow presetting of the required clamping force.
