What are rod ends and and spherical plain bearings?
Rod ends and spherical plain bearings are machine parts made according to DIN ISO 12240 (formerly DIN 648) and ready for assembly. They are used to ensure movement between shaft and housing without problems, especially where the movement is not directly linear.

We offer rod ends and rod bearings in series E and K. Also for motorsport, where the durability requirements are extra high.
The Fluro product range consists of spherical plain bearings in all series (DIN ISO 12240-1) and rod ends in series K and E (DIN12240-4), as well as hydraulic rod ends with welding surface or internal thread for fixed mounting using screws and the Motorsport series.
Fluro is quality approved according to DIN EN ISO 9001. With a machine park of a very high standard, Fluro is able to turn, grind and mill with the greatest precision.
Where are rod ends and spherical plain bearings used?
Fluro's products can be used in a multitude of applications, but are particularly suitable for applications where the movement does not have to be directly linear.

Steel and stainless versions for high loads and in maintenance-free designs in series K & E according to DIN 648 (DIN ISO 12240). Also for hydraulic cylinders.
Rod ends heavy duty
Fluro Heavy Duty rod ends and spherical plain bearings in series E, G, and C according to DIN 12240. With FLUROGLIDE (maintenance-free). For shaft Ø10 to Ø400 mm.
