Industrial Powerise from Stabilus
Powerise from Stabilus
The electric Powerise actuators from Stabilus are known and used all over the world in various solutions and industrial applications. For example, they lift and lower the tailgates of millions of SUVs and other vehicles without any maintenance. More than 50 million units have already been produced!
Powerise actuators are the ideal solution for safe electrical control of mechanical solutions for automation tasks. The actuator is maintenance-free and quiet.
Powerise can, for example, be used in conjunction with gas springs, where the primary function of the gas spring is to push a gate/flap/hatch/door open, and Powerise supplies the forces to pull it fully closed again.
The standard solution in most industrial applications is self-locking, but with Powerise you get a solution that is not self-locking and at the same time of high quality. Manual adjustment depends on the application and chosen design.
Powerise is a compact and modern alternative to designs that would normally use traditional solutions with gas springs or other spring force, where operation is time-consuming and requires physical effort from the operator.

Please pay attention to the following three codes in connection with the area of application:
- P for positioning. This type is used for positioning tasks. This includes general tasks where you would normally use a linear actuator. High holding force in both directions with double-acting friction brake. Designed with strong brake brake in both directions.
- H for horizontal (horizontal) adjustment. Used for doors and entry areas. Has low holding force for easy manual movement in both directions. Is designed with high spindle pitch and low braking force.
- V stands for vertical (vertical) adjustment. Used for e.g. hatches and flaps. Suitable for holding vertical loads at the same time as easy manual movement. Only with compression brake.
