General info about inverters
We offer the full range of inverters from Bonfiglioli, who, in addition to being known for their gears, also produce inverters of the highest quality.
What is a inverter?
Inverters are motor control units which, in short, are used in many industries to regulate the speed of electric motors, pumps, conveyor belts etc.
How does a inverter work?
Inverters work by changing the frequency of the voltage that runs the device that the inverter controls. A inverter can vary the power supply so that it matches the energy needs of the equipment and for this reason energy can be saved and energy consumption optimized.
Direct start and stop of motors, pumps and compressors can be avoided by installing a inverter which can ramp the rpm.
Where are Vectron inverters used?
Vectron are inverters developed by Bonfiglioli Vectron in Germany. The inverters from Vectron are designed for both simple solutions to regulate the speed of motors, pumps and blowers but also to meet the more advanced needs and requirements for process control, monitoring and communication via BUS technology.
