Hepco SDM ball screw actuator

Hepco SDM Ball screw actuator for high accuracy, high repeatability and high duty applications. Incorporating a ballscrew, SDM provides high positional accuracy of 50 microns per 300 mm and repeatability of less than 100 microns, making this actuator perfect for applications requiring consistent results.

Design flexibility with lengths available up to 2.8 metres, in ball screw pitches from 5 to 20 mm, allowing for the optimum selection for speed and force requirement. When the application needs to handle high loads and drive forces, Hepco’s SDM ball screw actuator provides a capable, yet compact solution.

SDM is a sealed unit, allowing it to work in relatively harsh conditions. Sealing is provided by a very effective stainless steel band running along the length of the beam.

All components are individually adapted according to customer wishes.
